Journey So Far: Alongside my studies to become a software engineer, I began exercising, starting with a pair of dumbbells. I would occasionally visit the gym, although I was a beginner in this journey. Unfortunately, my lack of experience led to overeating, which caused my weight to skyrocket from 45 kg to 80 kg. Realizing that I had once again become unfit, I decided to add cardio exercises to my routine. I started running approximately 4-5 km every morning, even during the lockdown, never allowing myself to lose momentum. Through consistent effort, I managed to shed the excess weight and reached my best physical shape, weighing 65 kg, in just 6 months.

Milestones: In addition to my work, I have been consistently working out and have achieved several small accomplishments, such as increasing the number of push-ups and pull-ups I can do.

Bad Phase: Unfortunately, my lack of experience with strength exercises led to an injury, The doctor advised me to avoid the gym for at least two months. However, I was determined to make a strong comeback, with increased power, energy, and the right knowledge.

Current Phase: In addition to my work, I am enjoying and looking forward to do some big in fitness.
